Becoming a registered voter in New Mexico is quick and easy!
Requirements for registering to vote in New Mexico:
Registration forms must be mailed back or hand delivered to our office at 845 N. Motel Blvd. Las Cruces, NM 88007

New Mexicans serving and living overseas may vote in elections in their home state, per federal law.
(An FPCA is also considered a request for an absentee ballot. Please submit a new FPCA each year in order to continue to receive an absentee ballot for each election.)

A person who willfully and with knowledge and intent to deceive or mislead any voter, precinct board, canvassing board, county clerk or other election official and who falsifies any information on an absentee ballot request form or who affixes a signature or mark other than the person’s own on an absentee ballot request form is guilty of a fourth degree felony.
(It can be mailed or hand delivered to: Doña Ana County Clerk’s Office, 845 N. Motel Blvd., Las Cruces, NM 88007 OR be dropped off in a secured container)
